• Honey from various flowers collected by bees in mid-August. Bees collect honey from various Latvian flowers.
  

• The honey is golden brown in colour.
  

• Honey naturally crystallizes after a few months. In order to obtain transparent consistency and not to lose its value, the honey may be carefully heated in a water bath or in a special warming cabinet up to 42^°C. 
• Packaging: glass jar, metal cap.
